It was Sunday. And that means scrumptious or creative breakfast menu at our household, okay, or at least I try.

When I was grocery shopping at Fairprice supermarket, I saw these really good looking Vietnam sweet potatoes, and I just have to get it. A bag for only 70cents.

We sometimes steam these sweet potatoes as breakfast but I know it will be too plain for my son, and the look of it just wasn’t as exciting, so I decided to make sweet potato pancakes for him instead, and literally “dress it up” into a bear face to entice him can be a good idea too.
