Recently I am in love. 🙂 I fell in love with these miso dressing which is so versatile and tasty.
And the best part is I can whipping up a snack if you want to loose a pound or two haha…
These miso dip that I got is really versatile, you can pair it up with raw veges, or boiled ones and drizzle as dressing, or pair it up with meats If you can read chinese character, the two words banno, which literally translate as multi purpose, its really as what it says. 🙂
As we are planning for a huge feast in our upcoming Japan trip, I have decided to clean my palate and perhaps eat healthier before our family trip. 🙂
So this menu has become a staple in our household lately. And the strange part is that, we really enjoy it as it is super tasty and easy to whip up too!
Ingredients needed :
- Celery x slice into sticks
- Carrots x slice into sticks
- Cucumbers x slice into sticks
- Shabu shabu pork slices x 1 pack
- Spring onions x 1 stalk
- Japanese plum (optional)
Preparation can never be more simple.
Just boiled the meat and sliced up the vegetables. Ok, how easy is that? 🙂
You can prepare this dish at parties, or even just enjoy it by yourself, fuss free healthy food.
As for these miso dip which I got from Meidiya, fabulous, I got 2 flavours, one is with yuzu bits in it which gives out this really nice citrusy flavour slightly sweeter, and the slightly savory version of red miso. Both are equally good and even my son who does not like eating vegetables, enjoy the cucumber and carrots with these dips.  🙂
