I like German food and to me Brozeit serve pretty good ones. Have been there a few times and even bought back the knuckle during CNY too. 🙂
And a few months back, they have this White Asparagus promotions, and we just can’t not to try it. I love asparagus, pork rolled asparagus, asparagus salad, it taste unique with tonnes of health benefits, and it is so easy to cook too! But I usually only try the green ones and have yet to try out white asparagus, so this is a great time to suss out just what’s so good about white asparagus.

And if you go for German food, how can you not try out the sausages right? All the sausages comes with velvety potato salad and sauerkraut which is like pickle cabbages.
We also cannot resist the Best of Brotzeit cold appetizer. 🙂 which comes with leg ham, belly bacon, emmentaler cheese, red bell peppers, boiled eggs, pickles, cocktail onions, tomatoes and creme cheese. Everything was so fresh and binded by the nutty loaf bread. Irresistable.
The cheese and pork sausages comes with very crunchy casing, and oozing melted cheese in every bite. Savor it with the buttery and velvety potato salad is just so addictive indeed.
The White Asparagus comes with a Hollandise sauce, my first time tasting it and it was soo lovely! It has this distinct yet flowery sweetness to it. You know how green asparagus will have this bold flavoured, this is somehow quite different from it.
The hollandise sauce instantly lift up the whole dish.
These white asparagus are boiled, so out of this, we do feel a few of it has been slightly overcooked but the taste is still wonderful. 🙂
They also have various set lunch, and also on that day, I saw many people who ordered their pizza and salad, can’t wait to try that out too. 🙂
I did not try their desserts, but will definitely try it out the next time as it looks so soo good too!!:D
