Hi there

I saw these at the $2 shop at Liang Court supermarket, and thought will give it a try as I was looking for something to munch on.

Hokkaido Mame Kombu

These Hokkaido Mame Kombu has a really fantastic coating of soya sauce flavour rice cracker coating. However the downside is that you will probably need to polish these off in one seating as these coating will become hard after have contact with our humid weather.

IKEA PEAR JUICE – ARE YOU SURE NO ALCOHOL?

Hi there

Was at Ikea with my family and saw the supermarket selling cookies and juices, got this pear juice at $5 for 2 cans, come in this huge can and thought give it a try since it is a good price. πŸ™‚

Ikea Pear Juice

Honestly it didn’t taste like regular pear juice, because it has this sourish flavour, and we actually have to double check if it is alcoholic because it taste a little like fruit beer, haha.. however it is still refreshing when it is served icy cold, and I will try this again in apple flavor.

TOKOROTEN – NICE ON YOUR TASTE BUDS, EVEN NICER ON YOUR WAISTLINE

Hi there

I saw Meidiya Japanese supermarket selling Tokoroten and thought of trying it out since I technically never really try this stuff before although I have heard so much about it.

Tokoroten

Tokoroten is a jelly extract from seaweed and is popular with the Japanese ladies because it has literally no calories and is apparently good for health too.

This time round, this box of Tokoroten comes with a vinegar dressing, so it will be good to make it an appetizer. πŸ™‚

HEINZ TOMATO KETCHUP FIERY CHILLI – QUICK SALSA SAUCE IN A BOTTLE

Hi there

Saw this on sale in the supermarket, my colleagues who immediately snapped it up, told me I have to get it. πŸ™‚

Fiery Ketchup

These Heinz ketchu with a fiery kick, is a good alternative to stash in your office pantry or at home when you are so stuffed with other sauces, because it is literally 2 in one. The only thing which I find it rather odd is that it has a salsa flavour, so technically it is not really sweet, but have this sourish twang to it.
