CEDELE BREAKFAST & MENU – RISE & SHINE ENERGIZE MY MORNING

Hi there

Breakfast is very important to my family, weekend breakfast we will either go to somewhere to get a full breakfast or make ourselves something good at home.

As I saw Cedele the last time I went to Greenwich V, I have been itching to go there one of the weekends to enjoy a breakfast with my son and mum while my husband can sleep in later. 🙂

As usual greenwich V is off the hustle and bustle, and it is a great place to enjoy a sunny quiet morning.

Greeted by the cheerful auntie who immediately cleared off the dishes, and happily we seated.

The only thing that bugs me was just how cold the outlet is. May be it is too early in the morning, but the air con is sure full blast, my son has to wear a jacket and sip hot chocolate too.

I like Cedele but not very often I will go and eat there, my favourite has always been the cranberry chicken sandwich, my first bite 6 years ago is all it takes to get me hook onto this sandwich, and whenever I am at Cedele I always order that.

Early in the morning in this outlet, you can see some families already dining there, I suppose most of them are from the condos or private houses near there, we are probably the only one crazy enough to take the bus all the way from our home to go there. haha…

This outlet got all the bakeries stuff, dine in option and also ice cream counter too.

You can see this is a nice place for a sunny sunday morning, peace and quiet, perfect for leisure breakfast and good company.

I have ordered a Wild Blueberry Pancakes ($9.80) which comes with a side order of either bacon, mushroom or sausages and I went for bacon which goes so well with maple syrup. Pancakes are chockful of blueberries bits, and you can literally smell blueberries once it is served, if only it is thicker it get 2 thumbs up from me. 🙂

Next we have the Big Rosti Breakfast $14.80 (Potato Pancake, Mushroom, Bacon, Sausage, Eggs). Like the scramble eggs as it is flavourful, goes well with the bacon. Sausages is nicely pan fried, but the potato pancakes is just mediocre, hoping to get something more crispy to go with the rest of the ingredients.

We also took away some cakes on our way back, they have a good selection of cookies… anyone know what is mexican wedding cookies, looks like white pebbles, so cute! 🙂

& muffins & pastries… and of course a good selection of teas too.

Their bread never fail to disappoint me and is always very tasty to go with just butter only. As usual, they will ask you if you have them sliced or not, for me I usually don’t as I feel the bread will dry up faster and become a bit harder if you do.

Now came the Cloud9 ice cream which is eggless ice cream, my son was eyeing this but too bad we don’t practice ice cream for breakfast. 🙂

Clean nice place with attentive staff, especially the old lady who cleared the table, she go around the tables and played with the kids and greeted the customers, make you feel like home.
