Snow crab with chinese herbs.
Chilled Boston lobster
Half shell green mussel with cocktail sauce
Chilled spanner crab with green chili dip.

Freshly open Canadian oyster display with mignonette dip.
Sashimi of swordfish, salmon & poached tako with condiment.
