Other Christmas activities at Spices Cafe includes jazzy Christmas carols and golden oldies at their ‘live’ performances in the Lobby Lounge, and the opportunity to meet Santa Claus on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day!

Christmas Eve Afternoon Tea Buffet will feature a wide spread of Western and Asian selections including Yawata Rolled Beef and Asparagus, Feta Cheese – Tomato Salad, Singapore Laksa, Tim Sum, Deep-fried Gruyere Cheese Stuffed Pork and much more. Feast on Christmas favourites like Roast Turkey with chestnut stuffing and Honey Baked Ham, ending the evening with a sweet indulgence of Pumpkin Pie, and Christmas classics such as Christmas Log Cake and Christmas Pudding!

Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner will offer you with a sumptuous spread of fresh, succulent seafood and meats. Choose from dining at either Spices Cafe or in our newly refurbished Concorde Ballroom.

Both buffet spreads offer a variety of fresh seafood such as live oysters, crabs, mussels and prawns on ice, and specialty meats like Mortadella Rustica & Rosette Salami with Madeira Aspic, Beef Carpaccio with shaved Parmesan Cheese and Filet of Beet Baked in Pastry with Foie Gras and Madére Sauce. Every diner enjoys a serving of (half a lobster) Lobster Flambé with Brandy and Gratin, with compliments from our Executive Chef! Indulge in a selection of main courses including Chicken stuffed with Prosciutto & Fontina on Mushroom Ragout, Veal Shank stewed with silver onion & wine ‘Chasseur’.
