Feast on Christmas favourites like Roast Turkey with chestnut stuffing and Honey Baked Ham, ending the evening with a sweet indulgence of Pumpkin Pie, and Christmas classics such as Christmas Log Cake and Christmas Pudding!

Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner will offer you with a sumptuous spread of fresh, succulent seafood and meats. Choose from dining at either Spices Cafe or in our newly refurbished Concorde Ballroom.

Both buffet spreads offer a variety of fresh seafood such as live oysters, crabs, mussels and prawns on ice, and specialty meats like Mortadella Rustica & Rosette Salami with Madeira Aspic, Beef Carpaccio with shaved Parmesan Cheese and Filet of Beet Baked in Pastry with Foie Gras and Madére Sauce.
