I personally like longevity buns, the sweet lotus paste wrapped into steamed buns. Taste superb once they are steamed piping hot. When I was still a kid and attend birthday dinner in HK, they will usually serve longevity buns at the end of the dinner, and I always happily snap them up with my bowl of red bean soup.

However in singapore, I have difficulty looking for longevity bun and I chanced upon this ad showing at crystal jade xiao long bao entrance, and am all excited about it.
