I personally like the grape fruit orange tart, tart from grapefruit + sweet from orange + luscious from the cream & the crispyness of the tart, it is really rather addictive! & also the Strawberry Monc Blanc Tart, if you are a chest nut fan, not so sweet with the aroma of the chestnut infused in every bite.
