Many people like Takoyaki, even in Singapore, it is such a popular snacks, and one of the best takoyaki in singapore, I would say is Gindaco at Ion or Raffles City. 🙂
But their flavours is quite limited, so if I go to Japan, I will also try out the current seasonal edition. 🙂
This time round since it is in summer, so I get to try out the plum with raddish, which is Ume Daikon Oroshi. Dip these freshly cooked takoyaki balls into the syrupy plum sauce with some fresh grated radish, this is what I called summer. Other flavours include cheese mentai which is cheesy spicy fish roe flavour, some with just dashi and spring onions overload. The combination is endless..
And guess what flavour I found now? Mala spicy peppercorn flavours! Wow!
Can they please please have this in singapore too….?
