Hi there

Growing up with Hong Kong TV shows, you can hear quite a bit of the actors actresses cooking for their someone special, and very frequently you will hear them saying “Heart Shape Grilled Steak” haha.. that bring back all the “old” memories indeed.

So to revive my good old memories, I have decided to try out “Heart Shape Grilled Steak” for my husband. Rather doing it the western way, I used grated radish to add some color to it, you can find my recipes for grated radish here. 🙂

Directions :

1) Grilled steak to your likings (Important : Always leave the steak alone after grilling, so that the meat juice can run through the meat, that way your steak will come out tender and juicy)

2) Cut out heart shape with the steak using scissors (trust me, never use a knife, you wouldn’t want a broken heart that is “really” hard to mend…)
