One of my most favourite part of Chinese New Year is Yu Sheng, and I am pretty sure many people will agree with me 🙂

So I chanced upon this Lobster Yu Sheng when I was looking for Reunion Dinner details, every year, there are many new flavours coming up, vegetarians, fruity ones, and the good old salmon Yu Sheng, its either the ingredients or the sauce that is a new concoction. But one fact never change, we diners are always looking for new creations to try on, since this is a once a year indulgence.

I am already looking forward as to what we will be expecting this coming Chinese New Year. 🙂

And over here at The Seafood International Market & Restaurant, they have the Lobster YuSheng with 20 differeent ingredients, like crispy whitebait, fried golden mushroom, ya,m crisps, cornflake, mesclun greens, frisee, white turnip and many more. The sauce that you can drizzle is made of fresh strawberries, plums and lemon paste, something refreshing and tangy.
