I was at Giant the other day and saw this pack of Natural Rice Crackers which instantly got me thinking of mabo tofu. haha.. yeah. Don’t you think ultra spicy mabo tofu will goes really well with these crunchy rice crackers? Let’s test it out. 🙂

As for this rice crackers, I think they are great! It has this really fragrant crispy rice with sweetness with some nutty flavor in it. Just like eating rice crispies, I love it.

As for the mabo tofu gravy, this time I added some fresh diced mushrooms in it, to give it more bite and it turned out really well.

I still left some pieces remain and I think I know what to cook next, tom yum seafood sauce it is! 🙂
