It’s Christmas Eve! For this very special day, their chef will be dishing out the Whole Garoupa Crusted in Sea Salt with Chive Crème Fraîche, an Eastern twist to the famous Finnish Yuletide dish. A rich source of vitamins and protein, as well as low in fat content, relish in an unforgettable and joyous feast of this succulent season’s favourite.
