Poulet at Bugis+ serves affordable French fare which has been getting pretty good reviews lately.
I still remember many years ago, the only French place I have been to in Singapore which serves afforadable French cuisine was The French Store in Little India. 🙂
If you have been at Bugis+ lately, you sure will find many new food eateries there I enjoy the Suki Ya steamboat there but I just added Poulet which is a French themed Bistro as one of my new favourite too.
The  Braise de Poulet which is grilled chicken served with creamy sauce is supposed to be highlight of the menu, so I am so going to try it. 🙂
Their menu include quite a good mix of entrees, sides, mains, desserts, not very extensive but still have a pretty good spread.
You can definitely see this is the most popular dish, as the menu stated it and also surround diners were enjoying the same dish.
I like the tender succulent chicken, actually it kind of remind me of Cold Storage roasted chicken, haha.. but what makes this dish stands out is also the gravy with mushrooms that goes with it, the creamy gravy with some baby spinach leaves goes so well with the savory and succulent chicken 🙂
We also ordered the duck dish, which is stewed perfectly, I love how the dried cranberries taste so good with the tender duck meat, and the stewed onions and carrots are also very tender and the sweetness of these vegetables compliment every bite.
At less than $20 each for a French meal which is affordable and tasty, I do recommend you check out this place. 🙂
