Hi there

By now you should know that I am all Kinako which is Japanese soya bean products crazy, when I see it has kinako, I almost immediately snap it up.

And as I see they have clearance sale in Meidiya, I decided to get this baby home and try it out on some toasted bread, I think each bottle can be finished in 2 seatings, and taste oh so fabulous on crusty toasted bread.

I used french loaf and it taste amazing, with the fluffy bread and crusty crumbs. Yumm… The flavour is like soy bean mixed into some really good butter, I think it will also taste good as dip for celery! 🙂
