I also have not seen the Daiso hot cakes for quite sometime, actually I was at Ion Daiso yesterday but I don’t seemed to see that too, I think I saw takoyaki and okonomiyaki powder mix. May be you can try out other outlets like plaza sin or even the new one at tampines 🙂
Another option is Korean ones that sell in fairprice supermarket however that seemed to get snapped up pretty soon too. The bisquick brand I used is really good, u can also give it a try 🙂
