Hi there
After seeing the packet ramen which I recommended, I guess you might want to try cooking it up yourself as it is really simple. 🙂
For me one of the important ingredients is Menma, which is the preserved bamboo shoots, that goes together with the shoyu ramen, love the texture and the flavour which cuts the greasiness of the ramen.
You can get this bamboo shoots at japanese supermarket, it can be a tad expensive (like about $6-$8) but it is also a quintessential ingredients in it, however if you are lucky, you can try finding it at Daiso too, as I tried buying it from there but not in a packet form, rather in small bottle which is easier to finish as well, not like there will be any left judging by how yummy it is. 🙂
