Many people knows Japanese soba is great for health, and it doesn’t hurt that it taste great too 🙂
When our family dines at japanese restaurant, my husband will usually order a udon or soba just to round off the meal.
And if you have been following my post, you will know that I am a fan of Shimbashi Japanese Handmade Soba, they always come up seasonal creations, which is so deliciously simple and healthy.
This time round, they have married both fragrant green tea powder with their famous handmade buckwheat Soba. As you already know Japanese green tea alrady has a handful of health benefits and now with buckwheat noodles, just boost another round of slurpilous yummy goodness.
