Can’t help myself from using the dreamy mode on my camera for this shot, hahaa… these Hokkaido Japanese Cheesecake Omotcheese is really dreamy itself…… 🙂
Alright, I saw this at the Hokkaido store in Liang Court doing a clearance sale on this, and decided to get one pack to share with my my mum. There are 2 flavours available, original or chocolate, and after pondering a good few minutes, I stick to my first choice of original. 🙂
These Hokkaido Japanese Cheesecake Omotcheese are packed in such adorable boxes and crafted to be placed in individual container, wow, the art of Japanese packaging. 🙂
Actually to be honest, what pushed me to get is the awards logo on the box, double up my temptation. 🙂

Now back to the little cheesecake. They are kind of a hybrid of cheesecake and mochi.
The texture is a tender, but mochi like sticky, I got a difficult time trying to take this out indeed. 🙂

Eating Hokkaido Japanese Cheesecake Omotcheese is practically like eating some cold fondue.
But what blows me away, is actually the flavour of these cheesecake, it has this intense cream cheese flavour which married so perfectly well with the mochi texture.
Once I put a cube in my mouth, my whole mouth are being filled with this really lovely flavor. I swear every time I eat this, i found myself closed my eyes (yeah, I know, strange huh?) its like I have to savor the flavour bit by bit. 🙂
So if you are big fan of cheese cake, don’t snub this just because it is frozen goods, these are actually really goooood! I would say this is more suitable for cheesecake lovers, because the cheese flavour is quite intense. But nevertheless, this is some guilty dessert which I do not mind to sell my calories to. haha..
I think next time when I see the chocolate flavours, I will be so tempted to try it out.
