Have you ever been under so much stressed, that everything in the supermarket snack section looks like a gold mine to you? haha..

Well that day came for me last over the weekend. 🙂

During my grocery shopping trip at Meidiya Japanese Supermarket, I saw this cute little pack of Sapporo Tomato Jelly. I have always loved Japanese mini tomatoes. But it kind of a luxury for me because it is sooooo hard to fork out a good $10 bucks for just a tiny box.

However with the mini tomatoes choices that is sprouting everywhere in the supermarkets, I managed to find some really good ones too and it didn’t even burn a hole in my wallet, just $2.50 a pack and I am loving that.

But of course, Sapporo Tomato Jelly, is just tempting me all over. I managed to get this during clearance sale, so original price was $7.50 a pack, and it was down to $4.90. 🙂

Every individual cup of tomato jelly will definitely cheer you up, with the oh so cute packaging calling out to you, who can resist this right? 🙂

Alright, taste wise, I put it under 2 tests, one is having it at room temperature and another one is get it icy cold. Slurp.

For the room temperature test, it really is what it says, pure tomato juices. There is none of those artificial sugar in it too, and it taste so good! If you are fans of tomato juice, you can’t miss this. It is like popping super juicy japanese tomato without all the skin and stuff.

I am already feeling all healthy just by eating this alone because each cup is only worth 3 Cal!, haha… And how is it when it is served cold? Just like Tomato Sherbert on the go. Literally. Well people say don’t judge the book by its cover, however I would disagree this time, the super cute look really does come with a super punch. 🙂
