Chef’s Selection of Assorted Platter
Main Course will be a selection of either
- Steak Supreme – which is Sirloin Steak spread with garden herbs cheese & semi-dried tomato topping accompanied with a delicate golden pumpkin cream & foie gras buttered jus ($45++)
- Turkey & Chestnut Luxe – which is Oven roasted pmmery mustard rubbed turkey breast with sweet pea puree and cranberry sauce accompanied with chestnut stuffing & madeira enhanced chestnut jus. ($41++)
- Stack of Ocean Treasures – Ocean fresh hake fish on a bed of tasty smoky tomato sauce topped with melted spicy chili basil pesto & crowned with a cripsy breaded oyster
As for dessert,
you will get to try out Chestnut Profiteroles & Bailey’s popsicle which comes with TCC’s premium blend or tea.
