As I am from HK, I love my hair crabs, I love the vinegar, I love the crab roe, I love the delicate way of eating Hairy Crab, and I still have this very vivid image of the stores in HK where they sell hairy crabs and people will just pick and buy it back home to cook or just eat at the restaurant. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

These crabs comes from Taihu Lake in Easten China which is supposed to be the most succulent.<\/p>\n
