There will be many new creations available for sampling and of course the quinessential traditional mooncakes, I\u00a0will be stuffing myself silly with\u00a0my usual yam pastry with yolk, and double yolk with white lotus paste, but\u00a0 am also planning to test out some new creations like XO sauce with various nuts, preserved olives, scallops and Chinese ham, an interesting combination.<\/p>\n

One of the highlight of this year Mooncake Fairs, are the assorted and wide array of beautiful mooncake boxes<\/p>\n

For those who are buying mooncake for relatives or friends, these intricately designed boxes will be a delightful surprise to them, pairing it up with assorted mooncakes with some Chinese tea, lanterns, and gatherings, and you will be on your way to a very\u00a0Sweet Mid-Autumn Festival ^^<\/p>\n
