Hi there

Everytime when I go to MBS, I usually passed by the Coffee Bean where I see people enjoying some really nice cafe food there, so I make it a point to visit there next time and may be just relax a bit there too. 🙂

Under Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, this cafe is called Beanstro which serves some lovely cafe food. 🙂

If you sit outside the cafe, kind of like Alfresco dining, haha.. you will get to people watch and just enjoy some daylight through the glass ceiling.

As you might have some difficulties to get the waiter’s attention, they have this system to alert for service.

Their menu has quite a good listing of cafe food, you can check out below menu which also include All Day breakfast.

My usual order is usually ice or hot chocolate if I am out with my son, so this is no exception, we can then share this HUGE cuppa of hot coffee with generous amounts of marshmallow. I love this drink, it was just the right amount of sweetness, full of chocolate flavour, nothing water down version. 🙂

Next for appetizer, we went for fried handcut calamari rings $9, which comes with honey mustard sauce. Tender calamari rings enclosed in a light crispy batter, dipped into some creamy dressing, a good portion for 2 to 3 people as an appetizer.

For Mains, we ordered Roast chicken & tomato concasse $17.50 which comes with tomato base penne pasta with chicken and baby spinach toppings. I like the tangy tomato sauce which is very appetizing, I actually dipped the calamari rings into it and wiped it clean too haha.. 🙂

We also ordered Fish N Chips, which comes with 2 generous portions of fish fillet. I personally find the batter too thick and too doughy, which makes it too heavy on the palate, shoestrings french fries was nice, too bad if the fish is with a lighter batter, it would have been a good dish.

BREAKFAST ALL DAY served with coffee or tea until 11am daily, and Juice at $2 per serving until 11am daily

CEREALS

GRIDDLES

EGGS

LUNCH & DINNER

RUSTIC SOUPS

FRESH SALADS

QUICHES served with mixed mesclun on hot plate

GRILLED SANDWICHES choice of bread : Ciabatta, Whole Wheat, Focaccia

OPEN FACED SANDWICHES

PASTAS

MAINS

SIDES

Overall, they serve some pretty decent bistro food, and the pricing is still pretty alright, given you are dining at MBS, nothing fancy, but simple bistro food where you can just chill, enjoy your coffee and look the world going around. 🙂

RESTAURANT REVIEWS : THE COFFEE BEAN & TEA LEAF BISTRO AT MBS

Locations : 2 Bayfront Avenue #B2-20 Marina Bay Sands

Tel: 6688 7001

For latest news on restaurants, supermarkets, food fairs, or simply check out some of my simple recipe ideas & reviews, please visit us at singaporesupermarketrecipes.com or subscribe to our mailing list for more details.

Cheers,

Dawn

Hi there Everytime when I go to MBS, I usually passed by the Coffee Bean where I see people enjoying some really nice cafe food there, so I make it a point to visit there next time and may be just relax a bit there too. 🙂 Under Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, this cafe … Continue reading THE COFFEE BEAN & TEA LEAF BISTRO AT MBS – PEOPLE WATCH SHOP WATCH BOAT WATCH FOOD WATCH WITH MENU

[561,569,572,575,571,68
4772,4773,4770,4771
