Hi there

I have heard so much about Jollibee since it opened at Lucky Plaza and really can’t wait to go and check it out, especially my Filipina colleague who has been raving about it and telling me how good their spaghetti is… I am sooooo looking forward to it. 🙂

And then finally my day has come, both of us finally got on the Jollibee ride, Yeah!!

As usual the queue is crazy long, it extended to the next store, they literally has a store just for their queue!?

However the queue although is long, it moved pretty fast, so that’s was really a big relief for us. 🙂

Jollibee serve regular fast food chain, a bit of everything, the only difference is probably how they serve rice with hamburger meat or chicken.

Other food include hotdog, fried chicken, hamburger, spaghetti and various combination of these good stuff.

I got myself the fried chicken and spaghetti set, because I love Philippines style tomato spaghetti, they usually use Del Monte ketchup when they cook it, and this gives off some sweetness which makes the spaghetti so addictive. 🙂

My Filipina colleague also told me that when she just arrived Singapore, she was quite surprised that there was no gravy given for fried chicken here like KFC, because in Philippines, they serve their fried chicken with it, the gravy just taste like the KFC mashed potato gravy, and it has this light salted taste, so paired up with the fried chicken, it feels like a perfect marriage.

But still nothing beats the spaghetti, although it look kinda ….. ermm… messy, the taste just redeemed itself. It tasted absolutely excellent, the flavour is so simple, but it just works, the sweetness and the tanginess. Love it.

With just a little of melted cheese, I think the next time I got there, I will make sure I get more of this stuff.

We also got ourselves a burger (yes I know, I know, but with such a long queue, we felt the timing will be justified haha), the burger was nothing to shout about, very very simple burger, and got slightly squashed. 🙂

If you are interested to know about the pricing, you can check out below 🙂 very reasonable price actually.

JOLLIBEE MENU & PRICING :

So if you are at Lucky Plaza, besides the Ria Penyet, you now have a new joint to chill and enjoy. 🙂

So jump on to the Jollibee bandwagon and have your self sting by the yummy bee. 🙂

RESTAURANT REVIEWS & MENU : JOLLIBEE AT LUCKY PLAZA

For latest news on restaurants, supermarkets, food fairs, or simply check out some of my simple recipe ideas & reviews, please visit us at singaporesupermarketrecipes.com or subscribe to our mailing list for more details.

Cheers,

Dawn

Hi there I have heard so much about Jollibee since it opened at Lucky Plaza and really can’t wait to go and check it out, especially my Filipina colleague who has been raving about it and telling me how good their spaghetti is… I am sooooo looking forward to it. 🙂 And then finally my day has come, … Continue reading JOLLIBEE LUCKY PLAZA SINGAPORE REVIEWS & MENU – GOT STUNG BY THE YUMMY BEE

[578,3772,68
5118,5119,5115,5116,5117
