Have you tried making wraps before? Or Quesadilla which is tortilla wraps grilled on pan.<\/p>\n

A Mexican delicacies, my first try in\u00a0really good tacos and quesadilla when I\u00a0visited US and Mexico, the beautiful crispy tortilla and the cheesy\u00a0yet flavourful smoky grilled meat inside is just mouthwatering!<\/p>\n

However this dish\u00a0can\u00a0set you back\u00a0quite a bit if you eat at the restaurant too. So for me, I have tried it out making it at home and it is so simple to make, it became an instant hit in our household. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Ingredients is simple, you can concoct your version with various ingredients you like, but for now, I will just choose the easy and basic one that is good for busy people\u00a0\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

• Roast Chicken x 1 (buy from any supermarket)<\/li>\n
• Salsa sauce\u00a0 (as condiments, you can also use other dressing)<\/li>\n
• Cheddar cheese x 1 slice<\/li>\n
• Tortilla wraps (you will see some expensive ones around, but honestly you can really use the cheaper ones too, like the latest products from Gardenia :))<\/li>\n
• Garden Salad or greens (optional)<\/li>\n
• Jalapeno peppers (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Directions<\/p>\n

  1) Place one tortilla wraps and spread salsa sauce over it<\/p>\n

  <\/a><\/p>\n

  2) Place cheddar cheese slices over the salsa sauce<\/p>\n

  <\/a><\/p>\n

  3) Follow by Jalapeno chills slices<\/p>\n

  <\/a><\/p>\n

  4) Follow by Roast Chicken slices<\/p>\n

  <\/a><\/p>\n

  5) Place another tortilla wrap over it<\/p>\n

  <\/a><\/p>\n

  6) Place it on a non stick fry pan and grilled on low to medium flame until wraps go a little crispy<\/p>\n

  <\/a><\/p>\n

  7) Flip it over so that both sides will be slightly toasted<\/p>\n

  <\/a><\/p>\n

  8) Put a side of salad greens and a scope of salsa and tuck in!<\/p>\n

  <\/a><\/p>\n

  A very quick and satisfying meal that will only need less than 10 mins to prepare and serve to the table. Now how convenient is that? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

  <\/a><\/p>\n

  You can also opt to add in guacamole (avocadoes with lime juice), or sour cream to go with it, of course for that extra dose of heat, add my favourite tasbasco sauce. Yum!<\/p>\n
