Feeling stuffed from all the post Chinese New Year’s binging? But still cannot finish that big pack of Bak Kwa which your friends and relatives bought for you?<\/p>\n

I have just the right simple and quick recipe for you, to clear all your old stock away. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Okay, what you will need is simple.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\n
• Garlic (5 cloves)<\/li>\n
• Spring Onions (4 stalks)<\/li>\n
• Corriander (1 bunch)<\/li>\n
• Vermicelli (spaghetti can be used too, but I prefer vermicelli) (1 pack)<\/li>\n
• Bak Kwa (whatever left)<\/li>\n
• Chillis (tonnes! haha..)<\/li>\n
• Maggi Sauce (up to your likings)<\/li>\n
• Pepper (up to your likings)<\/li>\n
• Japanese or Chinese cooking wine (2 tspoon)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  The best part of this dish, is there is no measurements to the ingredients! Yup, because it really all depends how much flavouring you want to add in.<\/p>\n

  Actually I have a reference quick and simple Maggi spaghetti recipe <\/a>you can refer to too. I used prawns instead of Bak Kwa, but more all less the same.<\/p>\n

  Directions :<\/p>\n

  1) Chopped up all ingredients and heat oil & a little butter and fry garlics \/ bak kwa & chillis<\/p>\n

  2) Add in spaghetti and drizzle in maggi sauce \/ pepper and cooking wine, then sprinkle in all the chopped corriander and spring onions<\/p>\n

  3) Fry a little while and Tuck in! so this is simple or what? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

  I cook this in less than 20 mins, and can feed a whole family plus managed to keep some for the next day.<\/p>\n
