If you are at Resort World Sentosa, one of the place you might want to try out is Chilis, the American Restaurant. \ud83d\ude42 I have been there couple of times so far and also the one at Tanglin when my family want to get that ultra juicy burger or just want some good Quesadillas & Tacos. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

As it is located near the Universal Studio, it is one of the more prominent restaurants\u00a0at Resort World Sentosa.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Our family love their nachos, althought they are not the messy kind, rather the “strategically” arranged nachos, nevertheless it is still full of flavours, and just make you want to get some more after every bite.<\/p>\n

I like how most American restaurant has this children friendly theme, just like HardRock Cafe, they have children activities leaflet and crayons ready, so that you can enjoy your meal with peace. Comes in really handy, there are coloring and also number counting etc. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

You fan enjoy your meal either indoor or alfresco, if you dine alfresco in the evening, your kid can also enjoy running around the fountain too.<\/p>\n

Okay, now back to the food, as I mentioned, they have these really pretty looking nachos, so far the nachos I ate at other restaurants are usually er.. messy, and that’s they beauty of it. But here it comes with proper cut slices packed a punch with chicken meat, generous doses of cheese, jalapeno (prounouced as “Ha-la-Pen-Nio”). Go with the tangy salsa, and sweet savory guacamole, perfect.<\/p>\n

I also ordered Quesadilla, so that my son can enjoy his fair share of good old American food.<\/p>\n

The grilled chicken Quesadilla comes in this toasted tortilla with generous fillings in between. The savory melted cheese bind every thing together and it is so easy to eat that you might just find yourself polishing the whole plate in no time.<\/p>\n

My husband is more of a soft tacos kind of guy, it comes with 2 soft tacos, some mexican rice and beans. The rice is buttery and going with pinto beans, it can be really filling, more like a “guy kind of dish” to me.<\/p>\n

And how can we not order some chillis and nacho chips, if we want to finish off this wonderful meal before we head to Universal Studio for some serious fun. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

The corn chips are fresh, I really dislike those stale ones which you might occasionally gets, and it goes well with the chilis, Chilis is meaty, with this spicy tangy flavor to it. Appetising indeed.<\/p>\n

If you want to check out other menu, check out below, I have tried their Burgers and Ribs, both are equally good. And if you goes in group, be sure to order a few appetizer to\u00a0share around, love their appetizers. \ud83d\ude42\u00a0<\/p>\n

For the price we pay, it is consider affordable as the portion is really large, I still remember the first time I went to the Tanglin branch, my husband and\u00a0I ordered 2 mains and 1 appetizer, and we ended up have to pack back home a lot, and as we looked around, many tables did the same thing too.<\/p>\n

I myself have difficulty to just finish one burger myself. And at the price we are paying, it is much cheaper than dining at other place like Hard Rock Cafe, of course, the ambience are very much different.<\/p>\n
