JAPANESE FAMOUS SHABU SHABU ON-YASAI IS IN SINGAPORE!

When I was in April this year in Japan, I got to try out On Yasai Shabu Shabu, and I still remember how good their side dish and also soup base is!!! I am so ecstatic that they are now in Singapore!

Their first shop is located at Chijmes and they have a variety of menu to choose from, their specialty is their soup base and also selection of vegetables.

Their soup base has a wide selection and I tried soyamilk/ sichuan spicy soup / citron soup / regular. My favourite was the citron, the broth was so refreshing and I feel like I can literally polish off everything on the table with this base! haha..

Gratin is one of my top favourite menu because it is so easy to make at home and all you need is an oven to make it, but if you prefer less hassle, then of course there are many places that sell it as well. πŸ™‚ just like kabe no ana.
