I was at the Hokkaido Spring Food Fair at Takashimaya on the last day to see whether there is something interesting to look out for. May be you can use this as a blueprint of your next visit to the Hokkaido Fair. 🙂
It is actually a little similar to the Winter Hokkaido Fair at Takashimaya as well, they have their ever crowded Croquette store, where they have the $15 for 3 large crab, scallop croquette, and also the mini salmon cheese croquette ($9/6pcs) and salmon croquette ($5.50/pc).
