Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day is Back! 🙂
Craving for some peace, love and moo-licious ice cream on a blazing hot day in Singapore? Mark your calendars and indulge as Ben & Jerry’s annual Free Cone Day makes a comeback on April 9, Tuesday, from 12pm to 8pm, at seven locations this year!
This year’s line-up of funky flavours includes:
- Chocolate Therapy
- English Toffee Crunch
- Maple Tree Hugger
- Strawberry Cheesecake
- Lemonade Sorbet
What’s more, the CLEO editorial team will be adopting a Ben & Jerry’s scoop shop at VivoCity. The first 400 Ben & Jerry’s fans in line at the CLEO adopted scoop shop will not be worried about the long queues as they will each receive a copy of CLEO’s April issue! To add fudge to your ice cream, CLEO will be throwing in a complimentary three-month digital subscription of CLEO magazine for the first 200 kind fans who donates more than $30 to Project Happy Feet.
About Free Cone Day
A moo-licious ‘THANK YOU’ was what Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield decided to give their loyal fans and supporters during their first anniversary, way back in 1979, resulting in the very first Free Cone Day. They scooped ice cream for free, all day, and gave it to everyone who stopped by. Since then, Ben & Jerry’s scoop shops all over the world have been thanking loyal moo-niacs with free scoops of ice cream goodness.

About Project Happy Feet
Project Happy Feet is a Singapore-based not-for-profit organisation set up to empower the lives of underprivileged youths and children in developing countries by supporting their education and training through fund-raising for education-related initiatives and programmes that positively impact them or their families. Project Happy Feet was conceptualised in 2007. Its first project was to Siem Reap in 2008, leading it to be officially registered in 2009. To date, Project Happy Feet has raised more than SGD 300,000 through its fund raising initiatives such as Chefs for a Cause in 2009, the Project Happy Feet Slipper Race in 2011 and supported more than 4,000 children and youth in Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia and Nepal through its programmes.
