Singapore Food Festival 2012 is coming soon! 🙂 From 13 July 2012, be mesmerized by the variety of cuisine this food festival is going to offer 🙂
What’s more? This year theme – Seafood Seafood & More Seafood! 🙂
For the first time, there will be a Singapore Food Festival Village held at Waterfront Promenade at Marina Bay, there will be up to 50 stores showcasing local and international seafood like Chilli Crab, Butter Crab, Sambal Stingray & many more. Cooking demonstration will be available so that you can get a few tips on whipping up some of the dishes.
Paradise Group has also created a special platter which is named the SFF platter just for this event.
This Platter priced at $36.90+ include :
- Supreme Seafood Fried Rice
- Popular Chilli Crab / Creamy Butter Crab
- Deep fried Coral Trout in Nyonya Style
- Crispy Fried Prawns Tossed with Salted Egg Yolk

Our celebrity chef will demonstrate how to best pair champagne with canapés; he will also personally demonstrate how to create a selection of delicious savoury canapés before letting participants loose so they can have a go at making it themselves! But don’t worry if your canapés aren’t great. You’ll be enjoying a spread of professionally prepared canapés made with a mouth-watering selection of ingredients, paired with a selection of fine champagne. Heavenly match. - Majestic Feast

Learn about how to choose the freshest seafood, based on the colour, texture and smell. What’s more, you will also learn which cooking technique and recipes are best for each type of seafood! - Heartland Rules
Experience the hustle and bustle of the neighbourhood wet markets as you can learn how to pick the freshest ingredients and whip up succulent dishes with everyday ingredients. Learn hands-on how to whip up iconic Singapore dishes like Chilli Crab, and get the chance to sample your own cooking over lunch with the celebrity chef and gain valuable feedback and tips. - Spice Garden Walk
Stroll down the Spice Garden and refresh your senses! Through the walks, learn about the intricacies of spice and herbs used in Asian cooking. Explore and identify local herbs for medicinal use and also how to use the spices to whip up a flavoursome spread. By the end of the walk, you will be able to identify different species of plants and how to use them to achieve the best results in cooking! You will be then invited to sit down in the tranquil Spice Garden to enjoy tea and snacks. Delightful.
