Carousel Buffet Restaurant at Royal Plaza on Scotts which have been voted as Singapore’s Best Restaurants 2009 – 2011 by Singapore Tatler has a mouthwatering spread which is cater for Halal menus, you can find menus like Greek spread, Indian, Thai etc here.
