JAPAN EXPERIENCE – SWEETS LAND AT TOKYO – FRESHLY FRIED CRISP CALBEE

If you go to Tokyo, one of the latest “In” thing to do is definitely try out the freshly fried calbee at various locations in Tokyo. There is one branch in Harajuku and Odaiba land and of course the main store at Tokyo station Sweets land.

You can get to try out really fresh potato chips that is freshly fried in front of your eyes, and potato sticks that is chewy on the inside and crispy on the out, some interesting flavours like potato balls with soya bean powder is also one of my favourite.

And of course they just have to do it better, various flavours as toppings on the freshly fried chips, like cheese, sour cream and even chocolate which is paired with the soft sundae!!

Average each set you back about 300yen, which is less than SGD5.00, and you will also be tempted to get all the calbee products that showcase in the store 🙂

Besides the calbee store, you will also get to check out Glico store and also other famous sweets store, so do check this out especially if you are with the kiddos. 🙂
