MOTHER EARTH BAKED OATY SLICES – HEALTHY SNACK ON THE GO (BEFORE ZUMBA)

Hi there

I have been munching on these lately before I go for my zumba session, because one bar of it is enough to give me some energy to let me pull through my one hour zumba session and of course oh-so-easy to carry.

As these are baked cereal bars, I don’t feel as guilty munching on the always-there chocolate wafer near me. I tried several flavours but I still find cereal bars with almond in it taste the most satisfying.

Oaty Slices

Fruity ones are good too, but I find it a tad dry for the fillings, so I still prefer to stick with the nutty ones. Pair it with some green tea and I am all pumped up with my metabolism to dance for the hour. 🙂
