If you like ramen, here is a promotion for you to try something new. 🙂
Most of us would have tried ramen in a very nice hot broth, but have you tried Tsukemen? Tsukemen is similar to ramen, however the difference is that you will be given the noodles and the a thick and rich hot broth separately, and you will just need to dip the ramen into the hot broth, and thereafter, just pour in some more broth to dilute a little and drink up the soup. Slurp. 🙂
Actually is kind of like cold soba, but instead of dipping into cold soba sauce, you dip into savory broth with a poached egg in it. 🙂
