Remeber Fisherman’s Market at The Central?
If you have not tried them yet, then sadly to say they have already closed since 13 February 2012. However! on a happy note, the place has turned into Chiso Zanmai Japanese Buffet Restaurant, which serves authentic Japanese Cuisine. 🙂
Using the same floor space as the now defunct Fisherman Market, you will get to see the familiarity too.
With a total floor space of 8,000 sq ft, Chiso Zanmai has a seating space of 200, it boast a comtemporary chic setting with charcoal black brick walls.
You will see bonsai plant as a centrepiece at the buffet table.
Food wise, you will be delighted to know there will be over 100 seasonal Japanese selection to choose from.
Sushi / Sashimi / Cold Selection / Hot Selection / Desserts
Yummy food like yakitori, okonomiyaki, matcha tofu will be on the menu too. 🙂
