Got this souvenir from my friend who visited Bangkok recently, didn’t know that their rice crackers are in such nice packaging now! 🙂
I have always like Thailand rice cracker, especially those with the sweet pork floss, a tad spicy over a tad of sweetness, perfect for that SOS snack attack moment. 🙂
And this does not disappoint either  🙂 Although there is no pork floss, but it is chocked full of roasted black and white sesame seeds. I kid you not, there is so much in there, that you really got to go and check your teeth after biting into it, wouldn’t want to get all these bits and pieces in between your teeth, don’t you. 🙂
What I like about this, is that it is individualy packaging, so it is so easy to carry to the office, or just share it out, and of course, any left over, will be kept fresh and crispy.
The texture is very light, and the sesame seeds are very flavourful, as the sesame seeds are sprinkle over some palm sugar, you can taste the sweetened rice crackers.
So if you need to get some last minute shopping next time when you are in Thailand, you can try this out 🙂
