While I was there, it was their mini cheese cake out of the oven time, great timing. 😉

I like how the signage indicate how many pieces you can get for 100gram, so that I wouldn’t need to crack my head to think if I should buy 100 or 200 gram. Once you have decided how much you want (good to try out 100gram first), then you just proceed to the counter and the staff will weigh the bag infront of you and you pay accordingly.

Each pack is wrapped up with these thick paper bags, simple chic, all so Japanese.

I got myself 3 flavours this time round, and I must say I was quite suprise how flavourful these little morsels of cakes and pastries are.

Imo Mochi which is Sweet Potato Mochi has little bits of sweet potato wrapped around by these savory mochi with lots of black sesame in it. I like the texture, just like those I always get from the Isetan SunMoulin bakery shop. It has this light subtle earthly sweetness from the sweet potato, love it.

Chocolate Crossant was flavouful, and the chocolate does not end there, once you take a bite in it, there is still a swirl of chocolate cream in it, my son love this. However I find it start to get quite soggy after bringing it home, although warming it up in the oven again will do the trick but the it does not look as good as it is freshly baked.

My favourite is the mini cheese cake, this really packs a punch of flavours, each mini cheese cake has this very distinct lemony flavour, which goes so well with the cheese cake. My whole family likes this the most.

In fact, this is so good, I will definitely be coming back for more of these mini cheese cakes. 🙂 Great as a snack as it is so easily pop into the mouth, for little kids, just give them 1 or 2 will be just nice, my son kept asking me for more after one try. 🙂
