When it comes to salad,ย I am a salad dressing franatic, especially when I go to overseas, I will bring back bottles and bottles of dressing, especially if it is from Japan! love their never ending concoction of dressings, it will be something that I would like to post here so that you will know which is good next time when you head down to the supermarket. ๐
Okay back to the dressing. I saw this Wish Bone Salad Spritzers Caesar Delight with Olive Oil Vinaigrette Dressing while I was shopping at Cold Storage. What attracted me to it was the 2 calories per spray, looks convenient enough and healthy enough as well.
Part of me kept telling myself, finally a way to control my usual overdose of dressing, but part of me said this might not be something I will enjoy as it probably lacks kick. But I found out I was actually very wrong. ๐ย
This Caesar dressing is rich in vinaigrette that is made of extra virgin olive oil with cheddar and romano cheese and lemon juice and other spices. Great for using on salads and wraps, as you are able to infuse every piece of salad using this spritzer.
There is a very strong cheddar cheese aroma when you spray, it is very handy since you do not even need to get a spoon to scoop out any dressing, just spray a couple of times and it will be evenly spread to all the salad leaves, and you are set to go,ย 2 sprayย will also be sufficient to cover the salad for 1 pax.
Taste wise, if you do not like vinaigrette, I might not recommend you as the vinaigrette taste is rather strong, it actually kind of remind me of anchovies, which is just what caesar salad dressing is about.
I tried mine on a roast chicken wrap with this, and it turn out to be a good caesar salad and roast chicken wraps, so convenient as I do not need to mix the dressing into the salad.
I might actually buy other dressing flavors under wish bone and leave it at work, so that I can bring along salad for lunch. ๐

Hi, may I know where I can find a Wishbones dressing?
I’ve been finding it in ntuc, cold storage and other supermarkets, but ended up with nothing.

I got mine at cold storage quite a few months back which is around when I posted this, I will be going to fairprice Xtra to get their Korean green musk melon, so I will help you check it out if there is any. ๐
