I love mussels and clams, and will always venture out to see some new products in the supermarket to see if I can cook some vongole spaghetti or just some steam clams. 🙂
My most favourite mussels has always been NZ mussels, since I spent a good 5 years there, I can tell you I can easily have these plump juicy mussels at least trice a week.
Now back to Singapore, I still am able to buy some from places like Cold Storage but too bad it is quite difficult if it is for live mussels, however finally I found this amazing packaged mussels that is from Tasmania, and it totally got me all hook on it.
