Hi there

Do you see these Hokkaido cakes very often lately?

My first encounter of Hokkaido Cakes was at the takashimaya food fiesta 2012 and some bakery shop was selling them like hot cakes, I didn’t get it as I thought it will be overtly creamy and I am not a huge fan of it.

But someone told me that she has tried these and have been raving ever since, her colleagues even bought it 3 times in a week! Wow thought about sugar rush in the office 🙂
