ICHIBAN BOSHI JAPANESE RESTAURANT – CHEF RECOMMENDATION PROMOTIONS ON SEAFOOD SET MEAL

Hi there

Are you like me when you check out the menu, you will first scan through all the chef recommendation first? Okay, reason why I do it is that if the Chef has the confidence to recommend then it better be good, and I will order one of it.

However if it taste crappy then very seldom I will go back because it says a lot about the restaurant – that you can’t recommend well even on your own restaurant dishes, with only one exception is if the dish is a signature dish. If it is bad in the signature dish, then that is a Astalavista Baby~ for me.

And recently I am seeing quite a few Chef’s recommendation menu which Japanese restaurant is launching, one of them is Ichiban Boshi which I patronize quite a lot to get my fix of salmon avocado handroll.

Above pictures alone looks great, many of my favourites, especially mentai sauce which is spicy fish roe sauce, I have yet to try it out, but I have tried out the ala carte before like the chilli salmon don and it tasted great, so hope all the combinations will go well together. 🙂
