Hi there
In Singapore, Korean sweet pancake is not very popular, as I very seldom sees it in restaurants or supermarkets. But one trip down to Shine Korean Supermarket, and I am over the moon! Because I finally found it here!
Hotteok is a popular street food in Korea, and is made from wheat lour, milk, sugar, sugar and yeast, and contains a sweet mixture that has peanuts, brown sugar, sesame, honey and cinnamon, some comes in red bean paste too. 🙂 My favourite has always been the cinnamon ones because it goes very well with the crispy coating. 🙂
