I have been to a few American diners to curb my cravings for some big fat juicy burgers, and Chilis American Restaurant is one of the better ones which I like.

Compared to Tony Roma or Sizzler, I feel they are closer to what you will get from the States, be it the servings (servings are huge like US), or the taste of the food, good old American no nonsense restaurant food.

SUPERDOG FAST FOOD RESTAURANT PROMOTIONS

Was walking by Superdog today when I was at 313@ Somerset. Have not been to Superdog for quite a while, the last time I visited them was in Vivo City to try the coney hot dogs. I still remember the “take no more than 5 bites to finish the hot dog” guidelines on the packaging.. may be its about time to visit them again with my son.

Hi there,

Today was supposed to visit CoCo Curry Ichibanya at 313@ Somerset. But when we reached there at around 11am, there was already a ridiculously long queue snaking right in front of the restaurant. My husband and I was comtemplating if we should wait just like the rest, but with my son in tow, decided to take a rain check…

The crowd that was in queue was mostly made up of Japanese and locals, I think many Japanese over here must really miss their hometown curry.
