Most people like fish skin, and will order it when they go to eat sushi, and if you see carefully in supermarkets, fish skin chips is also available too
I personally like fish skin a lot because of collagen and also the crunchiness is so addictive 🙂
Although these are really good to eat alone, but I find it will be perfect if you going to make fish skin sushi.
