I have left over glutinous rice from the Dragon Boat Festival , and has been wanting to clear all these away. As I walked by the supermarket vegetables section, I came across this Bo Bo Cha Cha yam / tapioca / sweet potato instant pack and got a light bulb moment to make something colorful with these ingredients. 🙂

My initial plan was to make a Colorful Vegetarian Recipe using HappyCall Pan but as I wanted to clear some chinese sausages as well, I decided to make an “Almost” Vegetarian dishes. 🙂 But feel free to stick to vegetarian too.

HAPPYCALL PAN GYOZA RECIPES – SPEEDY CRISPY PIPING HOT GYOZA COMING UP

Lately I have discovered one good use for Happycall Pan, and it is to use for cooking dumplings or Gyoza. 🙂

In the past, when I cook gyoza, I will use a pan to fry the gyoza, thereafter steamed them with some broth or hot water, so as to get the crispy skin and piping hot juicy meat fillings.

It can take me a little more time as I need to ensure that the gyoza base is crispy and especially after steaming, you have to monitor closely as not to oversteam it, resulted in soggy gyoza.

So with the Happycall pan, I am experimenting it to see if it can give me a different results in a much shorter time. 🙂

DAISO COOKIE CUTTER – KIDS FRENCH TOAST IN ADORABLE SHAPES IN MINS

Hi there

As I have some bread left, decided to use it to make some french toast at the last minute for saturday breakfast, then I remembered I have a pack of cookie cutter which I bought from Daiso some time ago, and was supposed to use it for omelette or rice balls.

So these cookie cutter became my last minute props for making some cute french toast with my son. 🙂
