ROBERT TIMMS SINGAPORE REVIEWS – NOT SO COMMON MENU

The first time I heard about Robert Timms is when I heard they sell lamington cakes which is not very popular in Singapore.
Then I heard about the mussels, the kangaroo meat, the crocodile meat haha.. All these just remind me so much about Aussie and Kiwi food. So I made it a point to check it out.
And finally couple weeks back I was able to dine there during lunch and was still in time in their 1 for 1 GSS promotion. 
Glancing through the menu, it consist of lots of Aussie comfort good and has a good mix of western fare that should satisfy most taste buds. They also have a All Day Breakfast menu and also a Steak menu.

Wooloomooloo Singapore will be opening their first outlet in Singapore on 18 June 2012, and you can anticipate some serious love for Steak Lovers.
Steak Lovers out there, you just got yourself a new place to explore, mark on your calendar.
This steakhouse which is a household name in the grill scene is originated from Hong Kong and in the Singapore first outlet, it will span across 140 seatings excluding semi private room and lounge area.

My family is a big fan of Clarke Quay area, mostly because it is off the hustle bustle of city area, but close enough with Meidiya supermarkets, restaurants around, so it is quite accessible to all the ammenities we want.

I have heard quite a lot about Global Kitchen at Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel and is definitely one of my list under the Christmas buffet & menu listing.
I also like how they only charge child prices on their buffet for child that are 6 & above, because honestly, how much can a toddler eat right? It is quite a nice touch especially when you sometimes need to fork out quite a substantial amount during this festive seasons feasting.
During this festive season, the little one can also enjoy some entertainment like ginger bread man making, so bring your little ones to enjoy both sumptuous buffet fare & some family bonding time together.

I personally think that Ellenborough Market Cafe buffet is one of the best place you can bring your family especially the grandparents because they serve quite a good spread of Asian cuisine, so it is easier for them to choose what they like, unlike some buffet restaurant which can carry more western items and might not suit their palate.

Town Restaurant located at Fullerton Hotel has a special Christmas Celebration, buffet menu and promotions can be found here.
They will be celebrating with a spectacular Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Grand Lobby on 25th November at 730pm with Santa Claus & the musical compliment of the hand bell ringer ensemble ‘Ministry of Bellz’.
